Want something fun, exciting, and with spiritual significance for the week of
August 20th? Try a water park theme VBS Take the Plunge and Make a Splash
with Jesus! at Knox Presbyterian Church.

Knox Presbyterian Church Vacation Bible School will be August 20 – 25, 2007
from 9:00 am to 12 noon for children age 3 to students entering 7th grade.

Day 1: Bible story is Miraculous Catch of Fish from Luke 5: 1-11
Life Lesson: Plunge into Obedience!

Day 2: Bible story: Jesus and the Woman at the Well from John 4: 5-30
Life Lesson: Plunge into Worship!

Day 3: Bible story: Jesus Calms the Storm from Matthew 8: 23-27
Life Lesson: Plunge into Courage!

Day 4: Bible story: Jesus Walks on Water from Matthew 14: 22-33
Life Lesson: Plunge into Faith!

Day 5: Bible Story: Jesus Washes the Disciples’ Feet from John 13: 1-17
Life Lesson: Plunge into service!

* Entry activities are multi-age crafts and activities in Craft-Away Cove.

* The Snack Shack serves Breakfast to all students and staff.

* Lifespring Lagoon holds the Water Park Assembly with music, skit, and
announcements. The Closing, or Final Plunge, will also be in Lifespring Lagoon
with more singing and final announcements. Parents and friends are welcome to
come and watch the Final Plunge activities.

* Bibleland Bay will present the Bible story.

* Park Crews are groups of 6 to 10 students of similar age.

* Park Crew Harbor will review the Bible story, make the life application,
present a memory verse, and offer activities to reinforce the Bible truths to
daily living.

* Oceans of Motions presents games, some will be water games.
